Do all FQHH Jackets Creak/Squeak

hi Petng,

Much like yourself my LW Buco J23 creaked like an old ship, I had it for 5 years before it was stolen , and it creaked the whole time... at least if I find it in public...I'll hear it coming!

My Aero purchases haven't creaked once they were broken in though...
I think it's the almost bulletproof hi gloss finish to LW hides, they are almost to perfect...and heavy.

I have three Aero jackets, two in front-quarter horsehide, one in heavy steerhide; oddly enough, it's only the latter that's creaked, particularly. It's also the only one I bought new, the others having purchased second-hand and lightly broken in. Perhaps creakiness is a feature of new Aero hides?

I have two Aero FQHH jackets (Highwayman and long HB) and neither one squeaked. I had one LW A-2 that squeaked, however but it wasn't bothersome. In fact I rather liked that about it.
