I like the verigated stitching. A lot of bootmakers that use the thread don't keep the colors aligned as Bond does and I'm a fan of both if done well but what Bond does, as the above boots show, is an art form to me. All of the varying colors in a single thread and timing it out for that sort of alignment, pretty good.

I can appreciate the art of working with one more element in stitched tops. I've always thought verigated stitching looks better on a light color boot top than a dark one. These PB's just turned up on a recent sweep & I could live with it.

I saw those as well, HJ. That seller comes up with some nice boots at times but usually with rediculous pricing. With the heel configuration they look lsimilar to other Riddle's I've seen but he thinks an awful lot of that Marty Stuart autograph.
