Hi, did you end up winning the dispute with them? I bought a jacket from them. I was told it’s still in production and I just checked the original vendor a couple days ago and they’re finally in stock so I’m hoping they’ll (LegendaryUSA) get their stuff together and send it out soon, but I may just file a dispute and buy from the original company.

I would just wait for it. They'll send it, eventually. At least, that was my experience.

I ordered a Cockpit USA A2 from them. Took months, but eventually I got it. I think they were out of stock at Cockpit and had to make new ones. I'm not sure if Cockpit sends the jacket to Legendary or if it's just drop shipped by Cockpit. Obviously, it would have been better if the Legendary site had indicated that they were out of stock and that the order would be filled when the jacket was made. But hey, I can't complain. I got it for a lot less than ordering direct from Cockpit!

I once ordered a jacket from Vanson. Their website indicated it was in stock. But a day later, they email me asking if I'll wait for them to make it. At least Vanson did tell me that it would take months. I guess this kind of thing happens frequently with leather jacket makers.

Are you in NYC area? I think they get most of their stuff from cockpit, which is in NYC.. They have a show room
