Daniel is the nicest man and a real fighter.

Super sweet of you, as always! In the rest of all our life, you will always be felt in the heart and mind and memory. It was your kindness and friendship that helped us actually BE here on the Lounge. It has literally changed our lives. The friends are amazing, the vintage learning so super great knowledge, and even being able to reach out and help someone else when we can.

All of this is a part of why Daniel just keeps trying hard to "stick around". Some day we will have to write a "life story".
Thanks so much David, tell your Wife we said "hello" and God Bless you both!

And that is the best therapy for a speedy recovery. I have always loved your forum name, 47 years we have been married, how could I not empathise with you. LuvMyMan, your name speaks volumes, how could your other half, as we Brits refer to our spouses, not respond to such loving therapy. Hold his hands, tell him you love him, say it, text it or write it, every single day. Thinking of you, my prayers from across an ocean.

Thanks, you are a sweet couple as well. At times I call others "Kiddo" but towards you both, I have just to say thank you kind Sir and Lady. We actually hope most if not all people can find what we know about love! What a priceless wonderful joy to have and share.

Hear, HEAR!!

I had been wondering... Be WELL.

Well Charlie, as my Husband said, "it never is important how many shingles are on that Out House, but that it just still is there"! LOL! He just never gives up. M.S., a split open hernia repair, broken bones from a 45 some odd foot fall, several small tumors removed from the scar tissue of the failed hernia repair, a bad Mitral Valve, thin ventricle heart wall, enlarge right chamber, severe right branch block, and he jokes at the doctors so badly has THEM laughing so hard, half the time they have to leave the room to stop laughing~ LOL! These heat attacks are the ones that would be like getting kicked in the chest by a Mule! Lots of pain and then no pulse, no breathing, just drop. I am now an expert in CPR! I think it was about 22 minutes time for me to have started CPR , the Ambulance getting here and then finally they took over CPR and on the way to the emergency room. He is "out" cold. They are shoving the needles in his heart, beating on it harder than I could, and they cannot paddle him, would blow his heart right out! I hope this can STAY in this post, for the reality of how Daniel clowns around even in facing such a horrible ordeal, the very first thing he says faintly to everyone close up, was, looking right at me as I am standing realizing he is still here on this Earth, when coming around, that smile he gets and he says, "Did we just have sex, or did we just have sex"! Then he is in such total pain, smiles and says to me He knows he will be missing dinner tonight at home! Now this is an ordeal we have had to face a few times already, so we know how it will be. His Doctors and Medical Staff are super wonderful people, they let me stay right there in the room with him, as they know he may not make it. But he does.
So now he is home. Weak as all hell. But he will do what it takes to recover. Summer is close to being here, and we have PLANS!

We have been blessed so much. I've been behind in doing things we normally do, sending things to people that can use something nice or some money that can help them out for the week for gas in their car, paying for some food or house payment for someone that is down on their luck! It is all such a wonderful "linked chain" in life. We'd not have anything be much different, and love each moment to it's fullest. So we sure do thank all our beautiful friends here on the Lounge, it has made a great difference to how sweet life is!

Thanks again,
Cindy

That means the world to me. With friends like the both of you, and all my friends here at the FL, I know I cannot fail!

Thank you so much. I know you have been "upgrading" in life, and both myself and Daniel have sure wished for you to have a great relationship and to progress as your own beautiful family.

All the best to Dan the Man and you Cyn. Was wondering where you two got to.

Oh lord, I have forgot to have sent you a PM.....

Daniel is home now, but I have to admit I have my hands full this time. My day is non stop taking care of him, and I have my Mom here and his Aunt Mom also, she fell and broke her leg and as she is 84 years old, she could not stay in her own home to take care of herself, so I had her come down here to stay (she lives about 4 hours north of us). So I now have two wheel chairs going on here....lol! But I am sure things will eventually get better soon.

Thanks you much Cookie, I'll write you soon.

You're a saint with a heart of gold to take on the care of another person, while already taking care of a loved one. It speaks volumes to your character!

Oh geez! I am late to the party here! Gee, I am sorry to hear about Daniel and everything! I hope he gets well soon! Tell him we still need him and his "doggies!" :p
Both of you have been great members here who make the threads more interesting with your commentaries. The "elves" would say hello as well but I packed them in a few containers and sent them to Colorado. :p
