Bates Vintage Padded CR ~ 42

Really nice vintage Bates - Green over black steerhide, that is grainy, supple and in excellent shape, honestly "feels like" Vanson's Comp-weight. Just too small for me so a catch & release here. Leather lined pockets, interior lining in perfect condition, no rips, tears, loose seam or odors. Just nicely broken in. Talon brass zippers and all work well. Velcro collar and waist closure. The green accents are very dark in color and quite subtle. "Harley Davidson" letter into the lower back area, likely done while being made originally.

Looking at the dimensions it's surprising I can get this one on - I can but it's clearly too small. No size tag as it was custom tailored for the original owner.

What a cool jacket! Black and green look great together. I wish it was one inch longer in body and sleeves, and didn't say Harley Davidson. Still tempted to try it though...
