Very early Bates Café Racer, all black, for trade. Features the earlier Bates style slant chest pockets, padded shoulders and padded elbows, no lining, early Conmar zips (which all work fine.) Even has the old leather Bates label. Overall, leather has a beautifully aged patina, but could probably use some conditioner treatment.
Approximate measurements:
Pit to pit-22.5
Shoulder seam to Shoulder seam- 18.5
Shoulder seam to end of sleeve cuff-25”
Base of neck to bottom- 24”
This one just isn’t getting the wear it deserves and has been sitting in my closet for years. Anyone have something vintage and interesting to trade?
