B-10 help!

I sent my ELC B-10 in to American Dry Cleaners for Ozone cleaning. Just to give it a freshen up.

Jacket was collected in a plastic bag and appeared fine. Brought home and hung up. Next day I took it out, planning to wear it, and it was then, I discovered a nasty dual safety pin-hole and creases in the middle of the back. Some ignoramus had tagged the jacket!

Now, some may say not to worry, but this is a £700 jacket! Besides wear & tear on the area, this has also killed any re-sale value. I cant see how this can be 'fixed'. I could iron the creases out a bit, but...

Contacted the company in question and they gave me the usual spier about it being sent to another company blah blah, own risk blah blah, bring it in and we may refund you the costs of cleaning etc...

So, besides warning anyone about this company, may I ask for any ideas as to how to magically rectify this?

Brett, since it's cloth jacket - not leather - possibly it might be fixed naturally, by itself, just with the time being. There's nothing needed to do with that probably.
But in case you want to speed it up a little bit - may be it's worth to try steamer on that unexpected crease? Carefully and slightly, with no hurries. I suppose @handymike might help with an advice how to make that properly.
Anyway, there's no need of too much worries in this particular case, cloth usually forgives such small issues.
P.S. That dry cleaner company which served such bad way doesn't look good anyway, what an ignoramus.

I'd be very surprised indeed if it doesn't fall out naturally after a week or two of normal wear.

I agree with bboth guys above, a needle in fabric isn't really creating a hole by cutting strands, it's pushing them appart and sneaking in.
I would think that after a bit of wear, getting cought in the rain a few times, etc, the fabric will move and fill the holes itself.
If it was leather you would be screwed, but fabric should be ok.

Oh, yes - all hell would be leashed upon them in fiery vengeance if they did that to one of my leathers, but with this sort of textile it's a non-issue. No different than putting a pin badge on a denim jacket.

Poor service from the cleaners for sure. I mean even if they had to pin a tag on it somewhere outside why on earth would you do it in such a noticeable place.

Agree with whats posted though, I'd damp the area and put it on a hanger till it dries. Imagine it will be barely noticeable with a little wear.
