Vanson. Get a C2 cheap off JP. That marked is flooded with those. Super high supply, rather low demand. Low hanging fruit.
Vanson C2, no good. I like a one piece back :(
Im also thinking no belt possibly or at least one with a removable belt.

It's hard to make a comparison; it's a bit like trying to determine how many times better a Global paring knife is than a steak knife (I cook a lot) - the steak knife 'does the job' and the Global is a chef's knife - it's more specialised, sharper, precisely-made, etc. Just as there are more expensive chef's knives than Global, there are more expensive jackets than Aero (Thedi, Himel, etc), but an Aero is still miles ahead of the mass-produced PK jacket above.
Just want to say a Professional Chef this comparison makes me so happy lol, Pulling the trigger on a Aero B-6 next week

Haha, good - I like Global's knives and they've improved my hobby :) I really like Aero jackets; I'm sure a Thedi or Freewheelers is somehow 'better' (SBs have better neck-fittings than Aeros, but I usually prefer Aeros overall and they're at a similar price), but I'd need to buy a Thedi or a FW to find out and I'm not sure if the price difference is practicable... like going from Global to Wusthof. Globals get the job done.
