The Aero Blizzard is just beautiful, dimensions seem a bit large for a 40 although Aero's seem to do this. I wish it was just a nick larger at the shoulders, if so I'd own it. Best of luck!

Is the back length on the excelled from the top or bottom of the collar?

Back length on the beater Excelled is from base of collar.

Tony- for you sure. Ha. But that Blizzard is a true 40 IMO and would be too snug. Have to account for the thicker lining etc

I'll just keep telling myself that. This is one of those styles I've wanted for so long...tried a few but they were all double breasted. The single breasted variety is so much cooler imho. If I somehow come into some extra scratch I'll ignore your warning and take my chances.

Brooks 42 Gold Label brown - even trade for 42 Brooks Gold Black. Main zip in excellent shape, hardly any wear near box/pin. Two small pin holes underneath left chest pocket from previous owner attaching pin. Cuff lining has a couple small glue repairs that has held since Ive owned it.
