What size did you end up going with? I am getting ready to purchase the same jacket and my measurements are similar to yours.
Hey! Apologies I did not notice I had any responses.

So I have not yet ordered yet from Aero, they actually didn't respond to my latest emails and I was tired of following up multiple times to my emails. Depending how my Thedi jacket turns out, I'll order from Aero, or if I absolutely love the Thedi, I'll get another from there.

I ordered a jacket from Thedi and I gave him all my measurements and he'll create more or less from scratch.

I ordered this:
MTG-162707

I paid over two months ago and haven't heard anything back since.. not sure how long to wait before following up for an update. Anxiously awaiting and fingers crossed it fits well!!

Thanks
Oliver

I was searching for something else and came across this thread. I've had similar issues to what is being discussed here. Older now so not as bad but still have a 47inch chest 38 waste. The jackets I've found that work the best for me are a 1930's half belt or a sheene. I was told the basic highwayman is way too boxy - don't know about the premier. I also do have a custom made Thedi and yes it's fantastic and fits really well. I tried to get an Aero jeans jacket to work - I did not like what I received, which was a hybrid 46 top and 44 bottom, and took it to my tailor who is a real magician and she got it close.
