Acquired this 1930’s horse hide police jacket. It’s complete and even the belt attachments/extensions are still there. It has, shoulder flaps, dual chest pass-through access pockets, leather-lined lower pockets, symmetrical underarm ventilation openings, throat hooks, collar retention hardware, The interior of the lower pockets is made from supple green/olive leather, sewn into a substantial leather structure, unusual shoulder flap overlays for weather. It’s a unique vintage jacket for sure but in incredible condition for 90 years old. I have yet to find it’s equal and I’ve been collecting for quite a while. Anyone know anything about this jacket? Thanks
