These hats remind me of something my Dad said to me about my hat long ago.
There's a Japanese hatter on instagram that apparently uses a butane torch, or the like, to burn his felt and Panama hats. No kidding, burnt hats. No kidding. No thanks.
So both he and Nick Fouquet like playing with matches around hats, eh?There's a Japanese hatter on instagram that apparently uses a butane torch, or the like, to burn his felt and Panama hats. No kidding, burnt hats. No kidding. No thanks.
There are a few more in the making that comes to mind hat makers amongst the others that are already out there (Carlos Costa, Hornskov København) besides using matches, I've seen torches and alike being used. It ain't easy as it looks making them. It's what you do to make it yours. So both he and Nick Fouquet like playing with matches around hats, eh?
The Nick Fouquet reach is far and wide.
I'll bet he said something about a crappie hat (as in brown trout crappie). These hats remind me of something my Dad said to me about my hat long ago.
I found a Stetson Trilby and wore it fishing. I caught a 2lb 2oz Crappie so of course i went to show him(up), you know.

Ps: Insert quarter for the rest of the story!
