Pocket Knife/Switchblades?
Reading that page the issue seems to be that the language used unintentionally struck at knives whose actions bias them towards closing rather than opening, like how the average generic lockback pocket knife will want to be closed rather than open until it's locking mechanism is engaged...- Shadowex3
