There comes a point in time where things from the past become "History", and therefore become collected, studied, and talked about. The Internet has just made all of this in the open.
There called "then and now" photos. Here are some I did. You find a modern photo and and old photo and layer one on top of the other. Align them the best you can, and then erase the old, and the new bleeds through.
