Pink
Pink was a masculine color in many parts of the country, in the 19th century anyway. Seems the women's magazines made pink/girl-blue/boy uniform through the country circa WWI.
UNPA was the WWII Italian National Association for Air-Raid Protection; the letters stand for l'Unione Nazionale per la Protezione Anti-Aeria. An Italian collector's page has a picture of your pin:
