Sounds to me that you're just stressed--that will cause both the stomach upset and the breakouts--so work on calming yourself. Take a day off work, start practicing yoga, write a few pages in your journal, punch a pillow. I hope you feel better soon!
Yay, good choices! For me, here's some favorites:
"Birdhouse in Your Soul"--They Might Be Giants
"A Million Ways"--OK Go
"I Wanna Hold Your Hand"--The Beatles
"Stepping Stone"--The Monkees
"Chelsea Dagger"--The Fratellis
"Magic Position"--Patrick Wolf
Oh god, me too! All this second-guessing a certain someone's moves is driving me insane.
But on the other hand, I have a new "I'll never meet him but..." crush. It's a weird one, Michael Kitchen. His eyes are amazing. :o (I just finished watching another episode of Foyle's War... lol )
I love this place--went into my first one in London, then found one in my backyard (almost) in Santa Monica. I'm kinda excited, though--they may be bringing in their sister store soon, <b never too busy to be beautiful>. Love it! All organic products, great makeup, and sparkle-filled compacts...
Inspired by my upcoming trip and one of the best holidays of the year, St. Patrick's Day, I've been listening to a lot of celtic, or celtic-inspired, music. Kate Rusby is a new one I've been listening to--have any of you heard of her? Really fine voice, and sh's gorgeous to boot.
It has to be tea. At restaurants, if I'm ordering iced tea, it must be unsweetened, black. None of this mango-tango-paradise high fructose syrup nonsense. Real tea. Same for hot. No, I do not want an infusion of mint-vanilla-and-lavender. If I wanted perfume, I would bring some with me. And...
Definitely Christmas Vacation. Favorite quote? (I think I've posted this before, somewhere...)
"Where do you think you're going? Nobody's leaving. Nobody's walking out on this fun, old-fashioned family Christmas. No, no. We're all in this together. This is a full-blown, four-alarm holiday...
Ooh, I always use conditioner, and no shampoo at all. Then again, I don't use setting lotion, so... [huh] maybe I'm not the best judge. However, I am a firm believer in that your hair needs as much pampering as you can give it, and leaving out the conditioner seems terrible.
Hello ladies! Thanks to your advice, ~*Red*~, on the setting pattern thread, I got my hair to look lovely today! I was very proud.
Endpapers work wonders, as does not rolling all the way up to the scalp! Now if I could just get it to stay this way...
The other day, I walked into work (B&N) after being off for a few days, and that "new book" smell was there again. I've worked there for so long that I've gotten used to it, so the smell was refreshing! Made my job feel less common, even if it was only for a few minutes.
I've always noticed...
I watched The Fountain yesterday--stunning, depressing, and beautiful film. Very well done, and covers the topic of death in a kind, generous fashion. I can't wait to watch it again!
lol Agreed. This whole trend of waxed men (like in 300) weirds me out. Too much of that pre-pubescent look, for me. But I would like to find a really good razor for myself... Any suggestions?
Bravo. I've stayed out of the conversation, just reading responses, but you've really nailed the problem I saw in all of this. :eusa_clap I'm new-ish, though, so I'm trying not to put a foot in it when I haven't been here long enough to see how it all works.
