These link ad's seem to put words in my mouth... I DO NOT want to advertise Ralph Lauren, which my Fathers Day post did... as a member you can link to sites, products etc, if they are relevant... these appear, regardless of the content of the post.
I support advertising to pay for this site...
That is NOT the point... so, non logged in viewers, whether members or not not, see ad links, as if the poster has put them there... this is NOT a good thing!... is it?
I often browse the forum without logging in, or sometimes I forget to tick 'remember me' and get logged-out very quickly...
Yep... noticed this for the first time today.... this is CRAP, as it makes it look as if the poster has linked key words to products.
This is unacceptable, and I will not post here until this is revoked.
Ad's within a page is one thing, but this sort of keyword linking is bloody awful... at...
^ Whatever you lot are on I don't want any thanks :cool2: :nono: :p
Ordering a take away of my choice tonight, as its fathers day... not sure what to go for though: Indian, Chinese, Pizza... hmmm.
Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.... One of the worst films I've ever attemped to watch [gave up two thirds in] Crap acting from Downey Jr. with some underused talent elsewhere. A total mess and muddle of a plot, that became a total bore.
Guy Richie can :censored: bog off :tsk:
Darrel - Thank you, very pleased you like the track :)
Michaelshane - Love your, seemingly, effortless style.
martinsantos - Superb photos. I like the use of slow shutter speed to capture some movement and character... the lighting is spot-on too.
Quigley Brown - Very cool piece of...
Oh dear, and quite right for calling me out on that one :o
My punctuation can be terrible, and is clearly a sign of my own declining standards... I can cook though :D
As for cooking Tom? a hog roast comes to mind; lots of crackling for me please :p
A nice girl does not necessarily mean a nice cook... and just in case mine is looking - I got lucky :D
It seems more an more young people these days can't cook [even basic stuff], and the skills of our parents and their parents, is no longer being handed down... one for the declining...
Just bought 2-disc BD 'Final Cut' version of Blade Runner... which I have just opened only to find the extras disc missing  ... so a trip back to HMV for me. HMV have some great deals on with 3 for £20 or 5 for £30 on Blu-rays... managed to spend over £100 in there last week, so we now have...
Unquestionably... great Sci-fi and genuinely scary too, even if it does show its age at times. I've yet to watch the extras.
And speaking of great extra content, I bought The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo {David Fincher version} and that has an extra BD disc of amazingly high quality, in-depth...
Cool... a FL with adverts is better than no FL at all... all the sites and forums I visit have ads, so I don't consider it an issue. Ads that pop-up over a page, or open another window are hateful, but I sure we will not see those here.
Hope the move to new servers goes well, and help speed...
