Be careful with that Serpa rig... that push button release has caused more than one negligent discharge. You have to press in with your trigger finger... under stress that finger can migrate into the trigger guard and get on the bang switch too soon. I have heard of instructors and ranges...
Love the M1.
Older picture I think I've shared before, but here's mine:
I still have a fair bit of Greek HXP to feed it, but I'm not looking foreword to todays pricing on 30-06 when that dries up.
Pulled the trigger on a new moonstone Fed IV deluxe tonight... .6955 today was just too much to resist. Right now we are looking at the lowest USD/AUD since October 2008. Looks like .63 hit in October 2008... it soared to over a dollar not long after that.
I have a cart put together...

Pulled this out of a vintage clothing store my wife was looking through:
Mallory, of unknown age (I posted a couple more pics in the Mallory mile thread if you are good with these)
Either way, super happy with this for the 30 ish bux I paid.
(I'll try and grab a shot with me in it tomorrow)
while not the pristine example above (super nice BTW, Rats) I have my own dating mystery for you guys. If it had a black liner and black sweat, it would be post Stetson Mallory, but what do you make of this? The hat has a paper size tag (loose, tucked in sweat, but matches size label under...
nothing really important to add, but unless the modeled wrist is really tiny, the 37mm case measurement looks a little off. That looks closer to 47mm, if that's a mans wrist.
OK, bids on everything as of today. They will all have new homes soon.
27 watchers on the Knox right now. If your planning a snipe (I would be ;) ), plan for a little competition!
is that a blade or a burr based mechanism? looks neat, does it produce a nice even grind?
EDIT: (it helps if you view the item though its link... doh :) )
