WWII Khaki Trousers - Originals and Reproductions
have a set from Soldier of Fortune which I really like. My wife copied them but the materiel is more desert yellow than Kakhi. I may get a pair made in stone. What i would like is some Moleskin ones in kakhi,stone or light brown based on Australian stockmans trousers -

Dunkirk Evacuation (Operation Dynamo) - May 1940
we always forget the other evacuations. The Irish & Welsh Guards were evacuated from Hook of Holland in May 1940, Bolougne was evacuated by sea. And the loss of the Lancastrian are forgoten -

Why Do I Love The Dutch?
It's a bit like Kiwis and Canadians. So far I haven't met anyone from Holland yet I've not liked. Would love to visit Netherlands one day. -

Tropical Kit

All Things Khaki - Clothing the Vintage Adventurer
I've worn KD for ww2 re-enactment but found it cool and comfortabe in hot weather I wore it with normal clothing. my wife made me some trousers based on the ones I got from soldier of fotune which are more yellow shade than the bought ones.- dpyper
