I picked up a beautiful kelly green cardigan from Old Navy yesterday. It has 3/4 sleeves and is a wonderfully light knit!
They had several colours as well as a few with some ruffle/applique details. Good price too!

My beau and I were out "hunting" today and he found a 1958 Pyrex Amish "Butterprint" casserole dish. It was kind of adorable when he spotted it...he distinctly remembers his mother owning the same patterned cookware when he was a child so he was pretty excited when he saw it tucked away in the...
Thank you!
I am actually thinking about growing my bangs out. I love bettie bangs but they sure are a lot of work! I also feel quite limited in the hair styles I can wear with them.
AND there is that "Bettie clone" factor that I feel when I go out to shows. I am very much into rockabilly...
I've been trying to find that darn hot sticks thread but this will have to do!
I got my first set of hot sticks in the mail today and tried them out right away.
I am extremely happy with the results as well as how little time and effort they took! With a bit more practice I think they will...
Well, I actually had the hem brought up a bit. I am 5'6 but I never, ever wear heels and found the original length made me look a bit frumpy with flats. I get the feeling the model must be quite tall because it does look much shorter on her. Before I had it hemmed it fell maybe 2" below my knee...
I scored my first crinoline today at a vintage shop in town. They are extremely hard to find in this part of Canada and, although it wasn't exactly the one I've been dreaming of, it is in good shape and was affordable. The same as this one but with a longer top part...
I bought this dress a few months back and I wear it every chance I get!! At first I wasn't so sure because it is a bit wild but I find throwing a black cardigan over it helps :)
I was quite the busy gal today!!
I haven't had this much luck at the second hand shop in I don't know how long :)
A Bulova clock radio (early 60's, maybe?). It still works!!
5 pairs of deadstock stockings!! The pink package doesn't fit though...
Not vintage but cute...
I didn't purchase it but my beau got me this beautiful vintage fold-out comb for Valentine's.
Unfortunately, the girl at the shop didn't seem to know much about it.
On the comb it says "Made in Stratton England". If anyone has any ideas on how old it might be, I'd appreciate it!!
