I do think that the Lounge gives people the chance to discuss ideas, themes, and culture that other sites just don't. Facebook usually just skates along the surface.

Funny, but when the baggy pants look first became popular I thought it would last a year or two then fade away. But it's been what, 10-15 years at least? Longer?

Maybe someone already posted about this, but speaking for myself I won't miss baggy jeans where the waist sits below the butt and men need to waddle as they walk to keep up the pants. Just sayin'
One nice thing about Acqua Di Parma is that it's only carried in select stores (you won't find it in Macy's), so you won't smell your cologne on other people. I have yet to meet anyone else that wears it. Also, the alcohol content is fairly low, so people won't smell you coming a mile away....
+1 for Sherlock. The second episode of this current 3rd season was certainly a departure from the usual. The third and last episode of the season this weekend looks to get back on track to a more serious tone.
Speaking of flux capacitors I went out for my birthday the other night, and watched as a fully decked out DeLorean drove by the restaurant, complete with glowing flux capacitor, etc. Fun!
Just caught the first episode last night. I enjoyed it, but agree that it has a long way to go before I think I'd be hooked on it the way I was with The Walking Dead. Time will tell....
