You mentioned that you didn't quite know where the inspiration for those lapels came from-how did you specify them? Or is it a standard shape that Bookster offer? Looks like good quality. Very thick too
So I've been trying to 'streamline' my wardrobe, albeit unsuccessfully. So, let's assume you managed to get rid of the clutter in your wardrobe: What would remain? What are your essentials?
They are everywhere. :D
Those jackets are so over the top but it's interesting how it's so exclusively a German design.
More people should model the vintage stuff they have for sale, it makes such a difference.
I actually just realised that they didn't make the waistband as wide as I asked, which explains why it doesn't look quite how I wanted it to.

I think you're jumping the gun there, most of the winner's outfits are in good taste, and the November judge Antonio Centeno talks about vintage fashion and mentions houndtoothkid's blog on one of his youtube videos. :)
Usually the rule is that it should cover your belt... Now this also depends on how high the waist of your trousers is, I think 26 inches is a safe length, 25 is for people who mostly wear high waisted trousers.
