Difference in Akubra hats
All of the hats I have purchased regardless of the source have liners, and for similar grade hats felt seems to be the same. Read the specs, and if you have any questions call or e mail the supplier. I ordered my first Banjo Patterson from Noggintops and cannot see any difference in quality... -
What should you drink with your favorite hat?
Quite frankly, I'll take a good scotch with anything, and only wish I could find some armagnac locally. Everytime I ask for armanac the clerks grab amaretto, so I settle for cognac. -

Snipe programs and their use
I had that happen yesterday on an Open Road style Wormser hat. I had bid, via Gixen about 2.5x his starting price. I woke up this morning to see that it went for almost 4x starting, which did not surprise me, but my bid went in as planned, someone just really wanted it.- jkingrph

Let us know how it works out! I just got a Fed !V Deluxe in Heritage Fawn about two days ago. Size 58 and it fits good. I honestly like the looks of my Campdraft better and ordered one of those from Everything Australian in Bluegrass Green. -

No. I generally need a 7 1/4 LO myself, but have several Akubra hats in size 58 and find them soft enough to conform readily to my head shape. Possibly their blocks tend more toward the long oval shape than a rounder shape. Just my impression. -
