I second that. This jacket will most likely age well with the body. Honestly, it feels better than my Cockpit USA and it's much cheaper. I think AVI LTHR over-delivered on their promise, which is why we're so excited and satisfied.
I got the size 42 as well now. Love it. Absolutely love it. Light and soft and very nice repro.
The size 42 is definitely tight. I'm normally wearing a Cockpit USA 42 and am a bit out of shape, so this new A2 Bronco reprois quite tight on me on the waist but very comfortable on the arms. Now I...
I had the honor to take over the AVI LTHR A-2 jacket from @Brettafett in May. The jacket is very nice and comfortable, and I've been wearing it whenever possible. Here are a few photos (unfortunately with poor lighting).
Thanks for the info! Btw I'm wearing the A2 right now. Fits me perfectly and could add a layer underneath as well.
Regarding this G1, then I'd go for a size-up to 42 given the comparison. That's if I have the budget...
@Brettafett Wow I missed this thread and the jacket is impressive! Would you say the size 40 for this G1 is tighter than the size 40 of the A2 I got from you?
Hi I'm selling my Cockpit USA 21st Century A-2 Jacket as it's a bit large for me. It's literally brand new as I wore it only once and have been hanging it on a nice hanger. It smells still of the fresh leather scent and has no visible wrinkles from usage. Selling for £285 plus shipping. Within...
They are very slow on communications. I recommend using Amazon to contact them so they have to reply within 48 hours.

Great point! I'd say that Danish design doesn't necessarily need to be made in Denmark (like Macbook's classic line of Designed in Cali Made in China). As to whether it's made in Denmark or not, there's nothing in the jacket saying so, so we cannot know for sure. As to the leather, it does feel...
This pair looks gorgeous and seems to be a good fit for me. But shipping from US means I'd pay a lot of taxes so all I can do is to watch a lucky person grab it :)
This seems like a very nice jacket for those of us who aren't too focused on WWII authenticity! Besides the typical image of high-quality Danish products, another plus point might be the fame of Nordic design.
