Parka liner recommendations

I'm looking for a parka liner, probably an M65, maybe an M51. Any recommendations on what look for? The main criteria are warmth and durability.

As to the M-65,* there are two types. The thick liners with the white fuzzy material on the inside and the quilted liners. I have found the thick liners are usually just too much for me. While warm, they make the jacket thick and difficult to move in.

In typical temps of 30s and 40s, I prefer the quilted liners. When it is in the 20s, I'm sedentary and wear a field jacket, I prefer the heavy liner.

As your location isn't listed, I can't tell what winter temperature range you are in. If I knew that, I might be able to give more accurate advice.

An original quilted liner is linked below.

* I don't consider the M-65 a parka. Although it is called a jacket, it is more of a coat as the hem extends to the butt.

And if you live in a cold climate, you could button in two of the quilted liners, as the heavy liners might be hard to find. The below video explains how, as well as the best way to install a hand warmer in the back of the liner.

Where I live winter temps range between 0 and 20 F, the coldest possible is -15 F but that's rare. I was planning using the liner as an intermediate layer under an N-3B, the field jackets don't have enough of a hood for my tastes. I know none of these liners will button in to the N-3B, but I don't think that will make much of a difference.
