You are a lucky fellow - AERO picked one of their finest vintage brown HH for your jacket - looks very similiar to my Bentley Windward also made of the same vintage HH.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy it.

Hi Smoz, welcome - like to hear you go with VINTAGE cordovan HH - will be my next order so i like to see how the hide will look.
Antique brass zipper will go best with vintage Cordovan HH - do you ask for "ball and chain" ?

Thanks seawolf - glad you found it helpful!
blethook - I spent much time in my car / planes / trains so on one side short jackets are more practical - otherwise the way from parking to the office isn't to long. Always feel comfy and cosy with alpaca untill 0 C / 17,8 F - below this I jump...
AERO Cordovan FQHH after 2 years of wear ...pics
Here a few pics of my AERO Windward in Cordovan FQHH....2 years old!!
After wearing it almost daily in the last 2 winters its now time to put it back into the closet –
its alpaca lined - and with 15 degree C / 59 F much too...
I've got one of my Windward's also in jerky seal horse - its my summer jacket lined with satin - and looks very very similiar to yours. Its just fantastic how the jerky seal developed character/grain after a short time of wear...good choice.
Windward
Black Horsehide ...OK here it goes... its AERO Vintage Black Front Quarter Horsehide :-) one of my favourite - guess it stays a lifetime with me.
almost new January 2007
after 4 years 2011 ...compared with brown FQHH... judge yourself!
Thanks Philalethes - it stays with me the second summer this year and will looks much better to the end of summer. Much more grain and the reddish undertone comes through.
agreed with the Baron . . . goat is similiar in weight with jerky horse (have had samples to compare...weight....grain) and with satin lining YES its lightly dressed in summer!

Would go with the Aero's jerky seal horse - its a mid weight leather and feels light weight in summer - i own one with satin lining (without storm cuffs) ...and love to wear it in summer.
Good luck and BTW ...una mano lava l'altra ...!!
Welcome ... and as many already said: Very nice looking jacket and you wear it well - does Martial Arts keeps you in good shape? Make me also think about to want one for my next order. Great pics and thanks for sharing!
Thanks Jan - you are right this is definitely not what I want to have - probably have to think twice ...any experience or opinions regarding the "Vintage Cordovan".
AERO got one on their sale page and it looks great. Seems to look lighter in color that my Windward in standard cordovan horse...
