Another 'Argonne' quarter panel 8-dart cap, this time in vintage striped wool, 1900s Italian polished cotton shirting liner, leather sweat/visor and a killer vintage brass snap.
A bit of a hybrid here. My new cap is a four panel, eight dart, inspired by an old ad of a similar design and a bizarre old cap I saw pics of here on the lounge a while back that was a regular eight dart with a button floating in the top of the crown.

Edm1 - that was certainly worth your money, especially if it looks nice on you! while it is hard to date it exactly, looking under the hood as it were is the way to go – the interior of the cap can be the best way to date it. The lining material, sweat and the size tag look to me to be probably...
