DHermann raises a valid point. "Vintage" can mean anything from Edwardian all the way to the 1950s. You may have to be more specific in what style you're after.
Would you mind telling us how and where it was that you procured this interesting individual? I can't help but think that there's quite a story behind this thing.
As they say in the Old Country, tomorrow, Sunday, the 10th of February, is Zhongguo Xinnian.
Chinese New Year.
The family has been invited out for dinner and I intend to wear red. So we have my dark red waistcoat with red silk backing...
...and two red ties (I haven't figured out which...
In "Hound", Sherlock Holmes deduced the hotel pen and ink from the writing. Because it was so splotchy and scratchy, he figured it had to be a hotel pen. Only a nib that was constantly abused by everyone who touched it, would produce such terrible writing.

Sir, I beg to differ. GREATLY.
My mother is horrible at organisation. One LOOK at our kitchen will tell you that. We have a bazillion jars, boxes, packets and containers of all the spices and herbs of Far Arabia in our kitchen.
