Every now and then at the one of the clubs where I go, a girl will ask to sing with the band. They're always such awful singers that it's hard to keep a straight face.
I'm not a shoe horse, but I'd buy a few those pairs even though my feet are more bony than "fleshy."
As for the kitchens... Imagine illuminating 1970s colors with blinding Colorado sunshine coming through a glass block wall. I'd do a lot of eating out.
Indeed. The dresses, especially the first one, make me think of dime-a-dance places, and I'm sure that's not what you're going for.
On a practical note, I see that both dresses are dry-clean-only polyester. Since one tends to perspire at a dance, washable cotton is better. :)

I agree with SayCici about the fuller skirt--full cut skirts and slacks are beautiful when you dance. If you do much dancing...
Respectfully, I don't think the problem is that people demand too much ease in getting dressed (basic suits and dresses are easy outfits) or too many designers. The problem as I see it is that the I-don't-care-what-anyone-thinks attitude has run amok. Partly, designers are to blame. (What were...
