Sorry for the late responses...thanks @Peacoat I'll definitely get a couple of coats of Pecard's on it to help rehydrate it. And @tmitchell59 my guess is that it's a 38 or so. It's pretty small, and the zippers do work on it. Here are a couple of pictures of the front zipper pull.

@tmitchell59 I'm not sure of the size, I'd probably have to say a larger 42 or a more snug 44. I also looked through both of Rin Tanaka's books, but didn't see it either.
So I'm back with more questions...Ralphs-Pugh Company? Does anyone know anything about their jackets. I know they were located out of San Francisco, and I believe the one I just picked up is a 30's model due to the zippers (both thanks to @Dinerman). Is anything else known about them?
