Thanks Steve and Daniele.
Steve, the cord hanger is a direct result of Bob seeing some of your great European finds.
Daniele, I'm a sucker for a nice straw hat and Bob knows it ;)
Boots, the bottle on the shelf certainly challenged "try me" and I'm an easy mark for that. I'm pretty sure it's got some Midori in it because it did have a melon taste to it.
Thanks Alan, RJR, and Richard. Richard, I think the semi-calado bodies all vary a bit since they are individually woven but the weavers probably do have traditional patterns they go by too. Don't know where this vent pattern falls. Aside from that, Bob at BSHW could certainly reproduce something...
Checked a grail hat off my list yesterday, a semi-caldo finished by Black Sheep Hat Works. Finished hat weighs 2.8 oz

Paid another fun visit to Bob's yesterday to pick up this semi-calado, a bit of a grail hat for me. Despite the 2" embossed sweatband (these sweats are fantastic) the finished hat weighs just 2.8 oz. The ribbon is navy
A very neat detail, vintage style hat hanger

Hate to ask what that cost Harv. Sitting in a submariner bar in Bremerton yesterday and this caught my eye. House mystery drink, note hazardous material stickers. Didn't taste bad but must admit I was already fairly ****faced
I had the pleasure of 2 weeks in your wonderful country about 15 yrs ago Daniele and feel like an Italian at heart if not birth. Thanks for your beautiful reminders of my favorite travel memories.
