His description mentioned that he found the fit to be too small, as did I. If only there were stores in my area that stocked them so I could try before I buy. I will say though, it's a very well made jacket, better materials than in most Schott jackets I've handled, and that one in particular...
I'm not sure what you mean by that, but it was a very tight fit for me, and I needed about another inch.
Unfortunately, I retried with a size L, and it was too big. I'm right between M and L in this jacket, and neither works for me.
Monitor asked me about this last week...
Long story short, It's a jacket that I had owned briefly, sold a few weeks ago, and the buyer is selling it again, using some of the photos that I'd used for my listing.

If the japanese ever listed anything by Toys/Real/Joe McCoy that was bigger than a 40, I would be dead broke and living in a tent made of leather jackets. I think this one even edges out Ton's blue Bates for cool factor.
I never did find a replacement but the originals are still going strong. I haven't really been looking, it's fairly hopeless. But I appreciate the thought. Thanks!
That is a common pattern that was made in the 1970s, maybe the early 80s, but a number of makers: I've seen them with Brooks, Schott, Lesco, Excelled labels. If the snap heads don't have any identifying logo on them, then who knows. It's probably worth around $100 assuming in good shape...
Hah, I just noticed: Not only is your vest a two-tone, but the pocket flaps are two different colors! How odd! Like a Husky dog with two different colored eyes. What do you make of that?? It looks like it's been worn plenty, too. Nice fading to the color. I hope we get to see some fit pics.
I've been watching that a while, I think it's too small, but it's borderline. Price was recently reduced below $1000, making it a rather good deal. I have a LOT of cafe racer jackets already...
