Aero FQHH concern
To the OP, your photos make this look a lot like "oil pull" leather. The matte texture/sheen, and the ability to raise marks like that are characteristics of that type of leather, sometimes referred to as "oil pull-up leather." I've never seen Chromexcel FQHH do that, even when broken in...- frussell
