A advice from a leathershop where I bought a pair was, go to bed wearing it. The bodyheat warms the leather and it will soften.- Robson

That is a lovely jacket, very good fit, what is the shoulder size of a 38, I'am thinking about ordering a teamster. I've got a HWM and a Hercules in size 40, I am a bit worried about the size 38 schoulder measurement- Robson
