    Yes, it was red, but faded to kind of orange. No leather tag, I think it fell off, the Spiegel tag was hanging by a couple of threads. The zipper was a Ykk replacement.

    Thanks. That fit came after, oh, I don't know, twenty tries of various vintage jackets? I am vintage 38 size, but even within that size there are variations. Keeper for sure, as long as I keep the weight steady. And no layering with this one. A classic "looks great but can't layer" conundrum...

    Yes, that will prevent them from becoming thinner tubes, possibly deformed. Elongating the sleeves while wet is very difficult, I would not do it again. I gained 3/4 to 1 inch, but I busted the weakened liner in the sleeves. Much easier to stretch the jacket in the width direction.

    No, but prospective buyers should have a right to go into the deal with Himel forearmed with knowledge how he reacts to legitimate complaints. Want to take that risk, fine, I would not. I'd rather take a chance on Fields or Regius.
