As the only caps I own are 4 baseball caps, have been hankering for a wool newsboy for a while now. Stopped into the local Salvation Army store today and found a wool newsboy in excellent condition for 50 cents. Shades of medium to dark brown with a bit of blue and claret windowpaning. The Perfect proportioned fedora?
That's certainly my preference. In fact my 2 fedora hat collection is comprised in half:D of a 1940's Lee fedora. The other half by a contemporary with the same basic dimensions. Earl -

Are you ever tired of explaining why you live or dress the way you do?
I do get occasional comments wondering why I like to wear a suit or sport coat & tie to work. Going to a funeral? Going to court? Unfortunate reflection of the casual dress code of today's workplace. Earl- earl

Hey Mike. I see you live in the same city as my son. Have seldom had the opportunity to drink single malts. Last 1 I recall drinking was Glenlivet. While I liked it, discovered I didn't really like it any better than the blended Scotch I drink. Earl- earl
