    Disneyland 1955

My parents took me to Disneyland when I was 11. That was in 1965. It was a "special trip" in that my dad was terminal then. His sister lived in Santa Monica, so we visited her then. Earl

To Feather or Not to Feather?

Generally don't like a feather, but have a dove grey with a small red feather of that size and in that case think it's a great complement. But has to be small and complementary to do it for me. Earl

    What's For Breakfast...

I'm simply not that hungry at breakfast. So, always only eat half a toasted bagel or a bowl of cereal. Vintage Things That Have Disappeared In Your Lifetime?

I'd agree. Our son would rather e-mail us or text us than call. Modern tech is causing greater degrees of lack of direct human contact. Words on screens are replacing actual conversations- of course, that's ironic to say as I'm posting this to a forum.:o Earl

    Pensioner Chic

I occasionally like to wear a T-shirt. They're quite comfortable. However, never 1 with any kind of logo or graphics. As to the T-shirt showing under a shirt, that kind of thing does look a bit tacky to me. Earl

    Pensioner Chic

Well, I'll be a "pensioner" in 5 1/2 years. I now wear a suit or sport coat to work every day. Obviously, don't wear that on the weekend. However, my casual wear is darn chic if I do say so myself. So, doubt I'll lose my sense of style in 5 1/2 years. Think I'll miss wearing the really fancy...

    Forbidden items in my home...

Actually, when I was a younger-much younger-fellow that was precisely my only reason for having some interest in Nazi memorabilia-they were mighty snappy dressers. Though never obtained any. Do have an enormous Nazi flag my great uncle brought back from the war. I hold onto it simply because of...
