Horween or Shinki- Whose horse is your pick?

Badalassi - there are different weights available, obviously - is absolutely beautiful leather, as good as any HH out there, but the Achilles heel is it squeaks to high heaven. Who knows if the squeaking ever quits, I personally don't have the patience to find out. Shinki is aesthetically...

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I've never seen this before and it's love at first sight. Ridiculously spectacular. Let's see it on

    Heavy Chromex FQHH

This to me seems like the best of cxl. And I wouldn't mind something in this kind I think it's 3.5oz. I've had one that was as broken in as they get and if you wear that thing all day there is certainly no danger of forgetting it's there. The weight does not depart just because the leather...

    Heavy Chromex FQHH

John Chapman has 2.5oz horween cxl, in russet. Or at least, he did .This is the only cxl I'd be interested in for jackets. The stuff aero uses in my opinion - and the opinion of many respected makers I might add, JC included - is too heavy for garments, in spite of whatever a handful of guys on...

    Ideal leather for spring/summer?

He has got a few new styles that I guess would be up your alley Willy. I'm not really a suede fan, but for those that are he has green suede Maybe a nice suede jacket would suit the Op? A suede A1 or college jacket could be pretty cool

    Ideal leather for spring/summer?

Quite possibly it can double as a blanket, which I hadn't thought of till now, but give me some credit Carlos. If I'm picnicing in the park it's cause there's a good looking chick in tow who needs to be impressed, not because I want to show passers by the versatility of my summer wear!

    Ideal leather for spring/summer?

It's a pity I didn't have you with me in Vienna the day I bought this as I can just picture Fardin's face and reaction to your comment, and it would have been perfect.

    FS Good Wear Arcadia 40/42

My dear fellow of course MM has a cross zip and a CR! The former is broken in to perfection the latter I have not had time to start on yet This HB will need a period of sustained wear for the leather to relax and conform and then it will be absolutely killer and I have no qualms about keeping...

    FS Good Wear Arcadia 40/42

I can leave this on here for a few more days. Then I'll have to abort and start wearing it myself since a) this is too good for storage and b) jacket season here is very short lived

FS: Schott Horsehide Cafe Racer CM1 (L)

I'm with you on the short leather jacket vibe Monitor, hence why I'm asking your height, a question that you may have missed. This CR is too long for my liking too (I'd prefer it at 24.5" or shorter) but maybe just maybe I have another one or two that might tickle your fancy further down the line..
