    What are you listening to?

El Dia Que Me Quieras (The Day That You Love Me) Carlos Gardel (1935) Gloria Estefan Tender sighs like a whisper Caressing my daydreams Of you by my side I feel life smile upon me When your sweet eyes look into mine And it's my consolation The sound of your laughter Like music sublime...

    Chores That You Really Hate(d)

The job of sweeping up Roxy's poop on the patio has somehow devolved on me. Fortunately it's small and dries up very quickly.

The End of the Collector Mindset

I love how on American Pickers they often walk by real antiques with value to grab that Pennzoil sign. :P

    Chores That You Really Hate(d)

The cardboard box thing leads to one of my major gripes. We sell on eBay and we're constantly shipping things out. I keep stressing the need to have a small supply of packing materials on hand (boxes, newspaper, etc from stuff that we had ordered online) but instead it just gets thrown away...

    Chores That You Really Hate(d)

Whether it was from our childhood or present day "Honey Do's" we all have or have had that one chore that we really hated. Loungers' Pets

We've already found a home for them. They're going to my sister-in-law's family who have two dogs, a cat and a guinea pig. Interestingly, I found the cage under a tree and a woman who was walking in the park said that she had passed the spot moments before and the cage wasn't there. I also...

    Loungers' Pets

Took Roxy for a walk in the park this morning and found three parakeets abandoned by their owner. On top of the cage was a note that read "Free Birds."

It's basically "revenge of the nerds." As if they had gotten together and decided, hey, we're going to make the jargon so convoluted and incomprehensible that they'll have to pay us just to interpret it. :P
