@Mich486
For me Aero is the opposite of Vanson in this perspective.
Vanson takes pride in keeping a clear precise record of all jackets, sizes and all previous orders in terms of all measurements. At least that's the impression I got when watching Vanson videos.
Aero doesn't even seem to know...
Looks awesome, I'd be happy with that kind of fit. At least visually. As always the question is HOW snug does it FEEL. Pleasantly snug or snug in a constricting way? You're wearing a Henley, can't layer much less/thinner than that.
Maybe it's me having too high expectations / standards, but it would make things easier for all customers if they simply had a clear measurements chart (within tolerance) for all models and all sizes. At least pit to pit, waist, hem, shoulder. Although it would be nice to know some of the sleeve...
I've been wondering about moleskin lining ever since I joined TFL. I've been convinced by most of the things I have read here that heavy cotton drill is basically the way to go in terms of longevity and temperature flexibility. But there's something about moleskin that attracts me and I would...
Managed to agree with Aero that they will do my Hooch Hauler for the pre-price-increase sale price (595gbp). Nice that they keep their word. Respect. It definitely was the best time to get an Aero.

Lovely jacket!
I'm also planning on ordering a modified Tailgunner from them.
Currently in the process of ordering another model.
"going to have one more in the same style and color" didn't get the measurements quite right when ordering or did they fail to construct it to spec with this one?
@Mich486 The sale already ended today 2pm (UK timezone I guess).
While it was promised (at least to me during a phone call to Aero) that the sale would last until the end of the month.
Hopefully I can agree with them on the sale price that I would have went for if they actually kept their word to me and ended the sale at the end of the month, not earlier. Then I'm still going for the Hooch Hauler.
I''m pretty sure they not only removed the discount but also raised the prices? I had 595gbp at 85%, now I would get 658gbp at 85%. It really was the best time to get a custom aero with this price raise.
Was planning to order tomorrow and now I find out that the sale is over. Even though I was informed on the phone that the sale lasts until the end of the month. 3 days left until the end of the month - sale over already.
I already own several pairs of Red Wings (9016, 3340, 8044).
Got one more pair (9011) coming up, couldn't pass up this color in my size in this condition for ~140eu.
All of my Red Wings have been bought used. All for under 150eu, all in great shape.
I've sold one pair already in the past...
Vintage Schott 621 in size 36 on Vinted (FR) for ~300eu.
Looks cool, but max the seller managed to get from pit to pit was 45cm, which is super sketchy. Measuring poorly I think..
Shoulders 44,5cm, Length 62 front , 68 back, sleeves 60
Not sure if I should still give it a shot and risk it...
Does anyone know how does the Hooch Hauler pattern compare to the J-106/Ridley pattern? Trying to decide between these two models. Also how functional is the middle back gusset? Let's say in comparison to the Aero shoulder gussets (Two tone J106) or the bi-swing back (stock J106)
This jacket I had coming in from SB will soon go to their Outlet if anyone is interested.
The "Pacific" model in size 36. "Rancho/Ranchero" chrome tan semi-aniline horsehide from Germany.
