Funny how that was on 6/4... and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. On 6/4 I was told I'd be contacted when the jacket left the factory after Aero's 10-day holiday (on it's way to Aero USA, and then to me).. and nothing yet. This better be one special jacket. Wested - hard work?
Figured I'd throw in my own Wested experience. I've owned two Indy style Westeds, one in HH and one in what they call Novapelle cowhide. Mark said that Aero is off on holiday this coming week, so the next shipment headed his way will be sent after they return. What's one more week, right? I'm also a little nervous on the sizing too. New Aero Highwayman arrived
Cooperson, I did pretty much the same thing with my Lost Worlds. If I sat down to watch a show in the evening, I would just sit and work the jacket the whole time. Grabbing handfulls of leather and scrunching them up over and over, scrunching the jacket into a ball, etc. Within a few nights...- Tommer45

Horsehide mcycle jackets
Besides for my 641HH, the only other shot I've owned was their Vintage 585 which was an awesome jacket. To the best of my knowledge I doubt there was any felt in it. LW Trojan jacket is as good as it gets
That's a beauty of a jacket! The horse looks great. I have a LW Suburban in their infamous 4+ oz HH.. beautiful leather. The fit looks great on you.. perfect for riding. The sleeves are creasing up nicely.. really looks great (how old is it?). Best of luck with it! Tommer- Tommer45

I'm no expert but I've read a lot about how goatskin's abrasion resistance is comparable to thicker cowhide. So you get a lighter jacket that's just as tough in a go down. Or you can be like me and say, "Eh, I'm just riding around the corner so I don't need to wear my leathers." Doh...- Tommer45

Hey Bud, goatskin is very popular with motorcyclists. It's lighter weight, easy break in, water repellency and toughness make it a great warm weather riding leather. In my opinion the best motorcycle leathers (cowhide, goatskin and even HH) can be had at Langlitz Leathers. My Langlitz jackets...- Tommer45
