????...I've had this Aero B-6 shearling for 19 years and it has no sign of a suede finish. Never heard of a good quality shearling jacket turning to suede. It's only Eastman that purposely makes some of there sheepskin jackets look thin and crinkly like that.
Doesn't appear dry or overdried to me in these photos. Just looks like an ELC finish that they purposely once offered on some of their shearling jackets.

It's not a true WW11 B-3 finish but a crinkly finish that ELC thought would look cool. I have no idea how durable it will be over time. Keep us posted and let us know.

Here's some pics of my Highwayman that I purchased in 2001 ( my first top tier leather jacket ). It has alpaca body lining and drill sleeve lining. It's never sagged and slips off and on nicely.
I must be fortunate then. I measured myself for my first custom order leather jacket ( Aero Highwayman ) specifically arm and body length, and it fit. In fact all of the jackets I've custom ordered have fit the way I like a jacket to fit by using those same measurements. Only problem I have had...
