    Would be useful if Aero would specify more measurements, for example bottom hem and waist. Quite key for a good fit I'd say. But you can always ask before buying (and risk someone else buying it while they answer).

    The Pit-Pit is 18.5" but the waist and bottom hem are 19.5" and 19.25"? So it actually flares out /\ ? Weird. Would expect the waist and bottom hem to be around 16" for such narrow pit to pit.

    Personally I'd aim for 1.1-1.3mm for stiff leather and 1.3-1.6mm for supple leather. But I have very little experience and this is a very subjective matter.

    I'll just add that leather thickness is not the only variable that determines everyday "wearability". In terms of leather alone a veg tan 1.2mm hh might be less comfortable than a chrome tan 1.4mm or maybe even 1.6mm chrome goatskin.
