Yes one of those old LW with screwed up size tag. All seriously undersized and LW probably sold them as rejects. I remember seeing a ebay seller selling a few of these and the J-27. I was looking at those and they are too short even for me. I am barely 5'6. These are kid sizes.
This one is I think an even older version than mine and could be the one photo2u is talking about. I have doubts whether this one is shiniki leather. Here is an older not shiniki one made by the Few for RM.

I agree with Marc. The Lightning was designed in late 70s to go with low rise pants/jeans which was the trend then. It is therefore rather long and attempt to shorten it may result in problem with proportion and pocket placement. A LL Bronx or the newly revived Memphis may suit your frame...
