    Yes, it would have originally had a throat latch, which is what attached to the buttons. You could get a new one made if desired, but I wouldn't bother. It's going to be the old comp weight, and looks to be in great condition. Nice score.

    Langlitz does a lot of customization with all of their designs, I'm pretty sure most of them have the option to go with a cossack collar or a dress collar. It seems this design is no exception.

    I think at 106cm chest and 85 kg, it might be a good, snug fit. I'm 106-7cm 80 kg, and my C2 is a 42, and fits perfectly.
