    Simon James Cathcart/Cathcart London Problems

Could spend some serious money Edward, thankfully their suits are too narrow in the shoulders for me. A few years ago I was in dialogue with Simon & couldn’t afford much due to several unexpected house bills & joked with him about it…a few days later an SJC silk neckerchief arrived gratis in the...

Should I get rid of the following jackets?

If you wear it then keep it, if not I’d move it on. Took me a number of years but all leather jackets in my stable are now wearers that I’m more than happy with (6). No room for wardrobe queens…

    Waiting Too Long ruining excitement?

Ordered a pair of SJC Cord trews that won’t ship until end of September, got a discount for the advanced order & payment. By the time they drop I will more or less have forgotten about them and the $ paid. Will almost feel like a free pair of pants :)

    Simon James Cathcart/Cathcart London Problems

I have been buying his attire for years and can affirm that it is of the most excellent quality and that customer service has been faultless. I’m currently looking to spend more ££££ with regard to his 2023 Winter collection…In fact today I wore two of his jackets in response to changing weather...

I’ve been using SJC for years and have not had any problems thus far in any respect..sizing, quality or shipping dates. Received an email today previewing cord trews which are very tempting.

USAF N-3B parkas - Let's talk about them!!

I too am on the L / XL cusp, general torso fit and arm length on a Large is better but my swimmers shoulders prefer the XL. Approaching Spring over here now so the perfect time for discounted N-3Bs. Missed out on a NOS Propper version last year…eyes peeled time

USAF N-3B parkas - Let's talk about them!!

I need an XL to be comfortable in the N-3B, TBH as far as rain goes, I have a waxed Barbour Border to deal with that :)

USAF N-3B parkas - Let's talk about them!!

Thanks for taking the time to do the above review which is very thorough and useful. I’m two years in, trying to find an N-3B for the brief UK winters. Early ones were too warm and an Alpha 90’s Civvy version I’ve just picked up is so thin as to be a waste of time and looks like a ‘Cosplay’...

    Leather jacket for winter

Nearly moved there in times past but didn’t think I’d cope with all the tourists. Spent many of my Weekends in Bath in my 20’s the Punk / Goth scene was the magnet. I live in Calne about 17 miles away these days, a fairly vibrant market town. It’s still very much a working town which I like...
