seems like a light easy wearing type 3, perhaps due to its light weightness a little bit of length is "fine" here, I picture a heavier jacket looks nicer when shorter and thus more tapered, and a lightweight & light colored one can be a little more boxier and longer , however color is too white...
nice color, a non washed and starched version of that would fade nicely I bet, although your washed version is also in versatile color that can be combined with anything old and new
isn't that small curved tab/ tongue thing on the buckle meant to run the leather belt around it to bite into the strap and friction brake it? when used like the lower pic there it does look nice but it always slides loose with wear especially when pressure is applied like when you wear it as...
I'm going to be 45 in few months, but I don't see anybody look at me weirdly while I wear my jackets, I got some positive remarks so I don't believe those style/ fashion gurus that say otherwise.
thanks
thanks I try using the handwarmers often while I'm not normally walking with my hands in the pocket here since my elbow would be flaring out and might catch on mopeds or other traffic here, since my poor city has little to none sidewalk here. so I have to remember keeping my elbow close...

Cow nat vegtan, self black dyed that fades quite a bit in 2 years, same sashiko pants I wear daily lately to get it some fades
I try to utilize all the pockets on the jacket to make it looks more worn in, rear panel is really blank un evolved though
Just came home pedalling from groceryshopping
Indigo×black 14oz type3 ive been wearing for 3-4 years without significant fade, and sashiko fatigue pants with slim fit pattern that fits more like jeans than fatigue pants but perhaps will fade nice later. Sorry for craptastic photo the sun is...
definitely something with buttons is much easier to dress up or down. the color probably olive or sage or cordovan perhaps so you can wear it with everything
I'm curious about corduroy lining, I think it would feel nice and if positioned accordingly like vertical wales on the sleeve and body, and horizontal on the cuff and yoke.
just forget that you are ordering something, and get surprised when it is finally ready. I once ordered a custom boots for almost 2 years with a lot of silence in between, and with a little problem because they sent a photo and in the photo I can see a major flaw, and they changed the workshop...
sometime dry leather can be seen by how it drapes, if when you wear the jacket the creases looks a bit sharp and unnatural and how the body looks like you wear a paper bag feel, then probably the leather can use a little conditioning. I use my fingers to condition leather, I never spurt the...
