I'm finding a certain leather jacket maker (I will not name them at this point) increasingly inconsistent in what they purport to offer and what I'm actually allowed to order. For example, all over their instagram are people wearing a specific jacket model without epaulettes... however I've been...
Carlos I like how you look like you mean business in all of these photos. There is zero variation in facial expressions, just a "if you don't like this jacket then **** you" across the board
I put a leather jacket on an aero hanger for months over the summertime. Maybe 6 months. The Aero hanger did start to leave a few of these creases, if it would have stayed for much longer. What creates creases is not in my opinion how wide the jacket is, but how thin the hanger is. A hanger...
For a beach go to Camber Sands. Broadstairs also a nice day trip. Both about 2 hours from London. Avoid Brighton at all costs! And remember, London really is the best thing about the UK - no other city compares.

Btw if I'm in town I'll...
Probably won't need a jacket in May!

The West End still reigns supreme: we didn't go to...
I don't think you can. I know of no stockists in the UK for example. I think the same woman who stocks Aeros in America also stocks Thedi. I forgot the name of the site as I'm in the UK.
The sheepskin is nice. I personally am not enamoured of sheepskin on a leather jacket because I want something that feels sturdy and will last a lifetime etc.
The extra money is for the "tanning process" which is more labour intensive, apparently. But there is very little information on the ground in Lewis. They do not have many (any) of these in store any more (at least they didn't before Christmas when I last went in) and honestly there is a big...
Lewis Leathers is selling veg tanned cowhide versions of its jackets for a £450 premium compared to its horsehide jackets. A group of us from the forum checked it out in person and some were impressed.
However the steep price difference between the horsehide and the veg tanned jackets has got...
