A late start to Stingymas for me was followed by a two day break as first, my Fed IV (three days ago), then my Silverbelly Campdraft (the day before yesterday) saw some action. The Fed IV avoided the camera.
No hat, but wanted to share this Bunnahabhain that we opened tonight. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had from this distillery so far, especially the An Cladach, but this Cruach-Mhòna is the new champion of Bunnahabhains for me. The raisins that are so prominent in the others are less so here...
staying home for the holidays this year, so no need for a pre-Stingymas. I can join in the fun. I still don’t have enough to see me through the entirety of it, but here’s my first entry.
A French hat by an unknown maker. The Véritable Feutre de Poil that came to me from Daniele, complete with...
I had to work yesterday (Sunday) taking some kids to a speech contest. Decided to take a favourite out to support them. I went for my Stetson Custom V.
The kids all did themselves proud, but no place getters this year.
I’ve been meaning to reply to this for a while. I looked into this whisky, wondering what it went for over here. It’s not one I’ve noticed on the shelves. The local shopping sites don’t have it either. I assume it’s one that’s made exclusively for the foreign market.

Etsuko wore one of her Akubra Leisure Times.
Later, I wore my barbecue hat - my Akubra Cattleman - for grilling...

Here‘s my collection.

I recall you saying that. No such markings on mine, so I’m assuming it’s nutria.
This is the picture of what I believe is my hat from the website. None of it is in Englis, and links lead to nowhere, so I haven’t been able to find any details about it.
I always enjoy your hats, and am always amazed at how pristine they look. This one is no exception, except for that last photo, which, for a moment, I could have sworn was bacteria growing in a Petri dish!
