The quirks of makers can get weird. Arguably I'm bothered less by outright bad service though than when your order is changed for your own good, with the vendor thinking it's a service to you, as at least a couple of us experienced from a forum favorite Aero dealer.
I've seen that guy's site before. It does come across as a personal project rather than some cash-in like those sites you get whenever you search a famous person or character's name + jacket.
